BOTANICUS ICED TEA - serves 2
4 teaspoons Botanicus Fruit Infusion
Sugar to taste (optional)
Sparkling water or Lemonade
Ice
Various fresh fruits: Orange, Lemon & Lime slices
Grapes, Blueberries, Strawberries
Mint
Infuse Botanicus Fruit Infusion and sugar (if using) in 300ml boiling water 10 minutes, strain, cool and refrigerate until ice cold.
Fill 2 large glasses with plenty of ice, distribute iced fruit infusion, top up with sparkling water or lemonade. Finish off with fresh fruit pieces of your choice.

6-10 minutes 100degC 5mg or 2 teaspoons/cup
