Our story
I’m an Army veteran — medically discharged after just shy of four years in uniform. What came after shaped everything: fourteen years helping veterans and families navigate the support system, sitting across the table from people who needed practical help, not slogans.
The idea behind AVCC was simple: build a coffee business good enough to fund something real. Not a cause sticker on a bag. An actual allied health centre — Black Site Fitness — built for veterans and their families, supported by the coffee.
Over the last six years we’ve also run social programs that have reached more than 5,500 participants, and we continue to support local community groups and hospitals across Australia.
The coffee has to earn its place. Every blend in this sampler has Golden Bean proof behind it. We roast in small batches in Melbourne and keep the standard high because the product has to stand on quality first.
This isn’t coffee with a conscience bolted on. It’s a business built the other way around — mission first, quality as the proof.

I don't have a grinder — can I still order?
