Description
Iron Goddess is probably one of the best-known Chinese high-grade oolongs from Fujian Province. The wavy, slightly twisted leaves unfurl as they brew into lace-edged leaves and release a honey liquor with a smooth, delicate, orchid-like flavour and sweet floral aroma.
Brewing Method
We recommend steeping one teaspoon per cup of this fantastic tea for no more than 1-2 minutes in water at 80 degrees. You can also re-steep this tea multiple times at 30-second brews.
