Harvested in spring from Zhejiang Province, this traditional Chinese green tea is crafted using the Sencha method — the leaves are carefully steamed, dried, and rolled to produce long, flat emerald green leaves that brew into a green-yellow cup.
The flavour is soft and mild, with a touch of gentle spice, offering a clean and refreshing infusion that’s well-suited to both new and experienced green tea drinkers.
Brewing Tips
Use 1 teaspoon (2.5g) per cup
Steep at 75–80°C for 1–3 minutes
